Payments

Currently we are processing orders through WhatsApp only (through calls and messages). We use Gpay (google pay), PhonePe, UPI and Internet Banking.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days (depends on order size). Working days exclude Sundays and Government Holidays.

Shipping facility is available through Indian Postal Service for all parcels. We ship parcels from Delhi, so it may take up to 5 days for nearby areas and 7 to 14 days for slightly far cities.

For the urgent parcels which can be requested by the customer on WhatsApp 8595228506. Please note that shipment of urgent parcels are subject to discussion between the customer and Garden Of Kavita team.

Parcel are delivered by India Post at the address provided by the customer. In any case of non-receipt by the customer, Garden Of Kavita will not be liable to provide any refund. The customer will thereby be required to make necessary arrangements in order to pick the parcel from the post office of their respective areas.
