We do not have any Return policy

We do not accept returns. If you are facing any issues with your order, please get in touch with us over Whatsapp or via Email at info@gardenofkavita.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refund policy

In any case of receipt of damaged products, we require the customer to make a detailed 360 degree unboxing video of the parcel and share the same with us via email (email id has been mentioned on the website).

Once this video is received by our team on the email, our internal team will verify the claims put forth by the customer and once verified and confirmed, we will generate a refund for that particular product to the customer.

*Please note that slight colour variation due to digital photography and slight size variation are not considered as part of damaged goods. Slight scratch or minor bump also not considered as damage.

In any case of broken items, we will be following the protocol mentioned above.
